Finally, Madonna’s wish to meet President Barack Obama was granted and the super pop star was left awestruck.
Madonna was introduced to the current president of the United States of America for the first time during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon last Wednesday.
Last year, Madonna revealed in Us Weekly’s “25 Things You Don’t Know Me About Me” feature, that Obama was the one person she really wanted to meet.
"The person I most want to meet is President Obama," she said. "When the heck am I going to meet him? He just needs to invite me to the White House already. He probably thinks I’m too shocking to be there. I’m serious. If I was a little bit more demure … or if I was just married to Jay Z. Hey, if Jay would only take me as his second wife, then I’d score an invitation."
Madonna didn’t have to wait for an invitation at the White House anymore because Jimmy Fallon made her dream come true. Madonna met the president at the backstage of Fallon’s late show where Obama was filming an interview and she was invited to do a musical performance.
The Material Girl confessed that she was speechless when she met Barack Obama and the pictures really show that she was gushing over the president. Madonna captioned on her Instagram post, “For once I’m speechless”.
Jimmy Fallon thanked the President and the Queen of Pop for stopping by his show and posted a tweet a few hours later.

President Obama will be leaving office in January 2017 when a new President will take over.
